Our second stay at the property and we had a fantastic time would recommend a stay at this beautiful resort. Great pools, friendly fun service, awesome food, clean rooms. Always something to do from swim up bars and coffee shops to a late night sports bar with bongo juice shots. The staff was great I can’t thank them enough, front desk, house keeping, restaurant servers, performers and the fantastic bartenders at all the outlets. Oh and we can’t forget Sam Jackson he took our experience over the top he made sure we had everything we needed at all times! Can’t wait to go back!

This was our second time to visit Majestic, we stayed at the Colonial last time and the Mirage this time. The locals say the Mirage is supposed to be the best of all of their properties but our stay at the Colonial five years ago was way better than this stay. The property is nice but maintenance was needed in the room and in the pools. Our room had an obvious water leak with clear moisture on the walls and running water on the floor and a musty smell so why would they put us in that room? They did move us but it was a hassle and could have been avoided. The pool floor had several missing tiles and my son suffered a significant laceration to his finger when he touch the pool floor which had missing tile and exposed grout in several areas. This is a safety concern. Following the incident they had very limited medical supplies to treat the wound, which is not good. We did the best with what they had but had to buy our own supplies. The food was marginal at best and the majority of our party of ten had stomach issues at some point during the week. Not good. Each restaurant had limited menus. The staff was mostly polite and accommodating so no complaints in that regard. The alcohol choices were very limited as was the wine choices. Nearly all of the draught beer kegerators were not working throughout the week, which is disappointing as well. I doubt we will return to this resort. We did enjoy our stay five years ago but this place has gone down hill a notch or two since then.

Absolutely beautiful property- the pictures online do not do it justice. Our butler Cesar was great. The rooms are very large and the beds are comfortable. The spa was fantastic. Buffets are delicious as are the pop up food offerings. We loved the main lobby bar on the ground floor. Wonderful drinks and service. The coffee shop was great too. All staff works very hard. The restaurants were our biggest complaint. Excluding the steakhouse, the other restaurants were poor both in food and service. Also, the noise level at night in the 1200 block of rooms was disappointing. Wedding receptions are set up right next to the family portion of the resort. It is impossible to get children to sleep before 10:00 between reception noise as well as the show noise which is also nearby. Overall a good experience however.

This was our first visit to the Majestic Mirage and was extremely enjoyable. There are some staff member in particular that should be recognized for going over and above the standard service: Samuel was our butler who was attentive to our needs at all times and who would seek us out to ensure that we were comfortable and happy. The beach buffet service staff were all wonderful; two servers named Willy come to mind who provided first class service. Also, Jazmin was also extremely hospitable, warm and was proactive and attentive to our needs every time. While waiting for a seat at the Steak House for over 30 minutes, the server Bienvenido noticed us at the bar, and got us a seat as quickly as he could. For our inconvience, he gave us emmpanada's as a special treat. The entertainment staff provided excellent beach and evening activities that we appreciated greatly. Ana Maria, the hostess at the Japanese and buffets was one of the staff members that made our experience so very special. She greeted us with such warmth and kindness, always checking on us to make sure that we were happy. She is one of the staff that we will always remember who leaves a 5 star impression on the resort. In general, we saw the staff working day and night, working long hours, always energetic, warm and greetng us with smiles and an 'Ola'. The only improvement i would recommend relates to the vendors selling jewelry who had the Dominican Republic flags; they were too aggresive which was unpleasant.

This is my eighth time staying at Majestic Mirage. It’s was absolutely exceptional! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. My butler Isaias was exceptional he went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. He communicated everything to me clearly, and made all of my restaurant reservations. The rooms were spotless, spacious and the mini bar was very well stocked. Jacob was also my butler for two days and he was also excellent. Super Nelson who was a server and attendant on the beach was wonderful. He always kept my mojitos and water coming. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals and all the servers were fantastic and attentive. The coffee shop is a must have in the mornings. Tehani near the Italian restaurant makes the best espresso martini. She is the best bartender. Rosa and Raphael at the spa were amazing and I was very pleased with all the services that were provided. Please treat the staff well and tip them. They are truly what makes majestic a wonderful place to vacation. I couldn't have been happier with my entire stay!
