Several evenings I came from work and all along the street families out in front yards sitting around in chairs/tables socializing. Kids out playing and riding bikes. The area is quiet at night.

Nice property, good location, incredible hosts.
The place was everything it was billed to be. Clean, updated, good location, incredible hosts. Would have liked to be a shorter walk to the destinations in Durham but i knew it wouldn't be going in.

Great family wedding weekend
Jim's property (both 2 bdrm units) was a perfect "home away from home" to accommodate our family of eight. Everything was clean and tidy, bedroom spaces were comfortable, the bathrooms and kitchens had every amenity, and the washer/dryer and pack & play were especially invaluable with a 3 mo old along! It was great to have a place to hang out between wedding activities, and it was perfectly located to get out and about around Durham. While there was a rather significant issue we discovered upon arrival, Jim (& Kendra) were extremely responsive to addressing it immediately to our satisfaction, and our family had a wonderful time together! veryone had their own rooms and we could com

Perfect for incoming group
Jim's property was as described and shown in photos - clean and updated. Perfect for our group's visit to Durham (2 identical sides was convenient.) Close proximity to restaurants and a walking/bike path was appreciated. Slight issue on initial check in with code for door locks, but Jim responded immediately and issue was fixed within 10 minutes. Well-stocked kitchen was appreciated for cooking during stay. Will definitely consider a repeat stay.
