Drove all day with two toddlers and arrived to a luggage cart with a flat tire which almost fell over on my 3 year old and a room with a broken fridge. After we had fully unpacked the kids we had to repack and change rooms. The new room had a broken headboard and dirty tissues shoved under the sofa cushions that my children found. The staff wasn’t very polite and I was told there were no managers on duty for me to discuss the problems with. Awful experience, we checked out a night early. Last time!
