nice property with more potential
house is an older house and owners have done good job in updating as much as possible. landscaping needs to be updated and yard/property needs attention. only 1 tv in the house. house was clean but definitely showing its age. owner was super nice and responsive

We enjoyed our stay. House is located right near Greenway for dog walking and is very close to great restaurants and parks. House is well equipped and owner is attentive. One floor house with comfortable beds made it easier for us senior citizens. Checkin and checkout were very smooth and easy. We recommend this house highly

First time to Cary
House was easy to find and appeared as listed. An older home but was so immaculately clean I didn’t have to worry about my toddler crawling around and getting into or finding anything he shouldn’t. We stayed during a heatwave and the AC worked better than it does at our own home! Location was minutes from downtown and felt like it took no more than 10-15 minutes to get everywhere. Definitely in a very quiet older neighborhood. Only con is that i wish it had stated there is a cemetery directly next door to the home. That freaked us out initially but of course was fine in the long run. We even saw deer in the back yard! Thank you for an easy stay!

Nice affordable location
Well priced. Quiet location with carport for 1-2 small cars and driveway for others. Handicap ramp goes to nice front porch with rockers. The door widths are not ADA. Both small bathrooms without any handrails. Only TV is in living room which wasnt mentioned in listing and I didnt think to ask. No ice maker in fridge but ice trays provided. No iron available but steamer and ironing board present. A few maintenance items need to be addressed but sent not to owner whobsyated it would be taken care of. Probably wouldnt chose again because of TVs and bathrooms. I you dont care about that then it would be fine.

Such a great place!
My daughter-in-law and I were in Cary with her 15 month old twins! The house was perfect and very baby friendly- no Knick knacks, no stairs, high chair and pack and play available, just great. The carport made it so easy to come in and out. Lots of little extras like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee and filters, garbage bags and toilet paper! Molly was available within minutes of my contacting her and responded immediately. We arrived later than we expected and were greeted with a lit carport and lights on throughout the house. Made us feel very safe and comfortable. Cooked many meals and had most of what we needed. Def recommend and will def be back!

A Perfect spot for our three week stay
We needed a place to stay over the holidays and to be near our daughter for the delivery of our first grandbaby. It was close to so many things and allowed for our dog to come along. There was a paved wooded walking trail just around the corner and a long covered porch with rockers where we could listen to the birds and hang out. The host responded quickly to the few questions we had. We'd stay here again for sure.

Nice house conveniently located
We visited Cary for a specific reason and this house was about 5 minutes to where we needed to go 5 days a week for 3 weeks. The location worked out great for us. The neighborhood is residential so a good place to take walks. Close drive to everything (groceries, restaurants, stores, etc). The house has all the basics. Nothing fancy but everything works and is clean. We would rent again.

Charming and Quiet
We stayed there for five weeks until our home was completed. Molly was more than accommodating and quickly responded to any needs that we had. It’s a very quiet location and woodsy, which suited us. We got to know people from the area since we walk our dog throughout the day; everyone there was so very nice. We would definitely recommend staying there to anyone.

This little house is awesome! Clean and neat in the inside - just as advertised! So quaint. Met all of our needs. Nice size gathering room. Comfy mattresses. Kitchen well appointed. Large master suite with large closet.

Visit to Cary for Daughter’s Spring Break
My husband and I came down from WNY to enjoy a few days with our daughter who attends UNC. We absolutely loved the house. It was perfectly clean and adorable. Very closely located to wonderful downtown shops and restaurants. We will be coming back again. We really enjoyed it.
