We've stayed here before and had a great experience both times. This time, we found out we could leave our car there, and they would transport us to the airport, and pick us up on our return. Only $5/night to leave our car at the hotel!!! Beats paying for parking at the airport. We will definitely stay at Sonesta each and every time we are going to fly from Raleigh airport.

My first time staying at a Sonesta brand hotel. I was not happy that a $100 hold was placed on my credit card for a room already paid for in full. Never had that much held for incidentals at much nicer hotels.

Hotel transport

Very disappoint with hotel transfer package. I called as told to at 2.30 from location. After 30 minutes for a 7 minute drive called again and asked if on way. Christy told me yes it should be 5 minutes. After 10 minutes shuttle arrived. So clearly driver did not leave when first called. Plenty of hotels offer same service and I travel a lot. Wont stay again.
