We really enjoyed our stay at The StateView Hotel. It was a little out of the way, but that’s what I liked the most. It was clean & quiet. The staff went above & beyond for us after I left my Tempur-Pedic pillow behind. I called and asked them if they would ship it to me and they did. The only suggestion I would have is to have complementary coffee in the lobby for guests in the morning. We paid $5 for a cup of coffee in the restaurant. The coffee in the room was not good. Overall I would stay here again!

This hotel is Very Clean and well Maintained. The staff at front desk is friendly and efficient. Only "issue" i had was the hotel Restaurant was on a limited menu at this time but the food looked great but due to the menu we did decide not to eat at the restaurant. Overall the Stateview is a great stay!

Nice stay at this hotel. It was close to the areas we were going to spend time in. The place was very clean. The room was a bit outdated and a bit small but it was great for the few days we spent. There is a restaurant onsite which is helpful and the reception desk is very welcoming. I would recommend.

Nice and clean hotel, a few things needed attention, shower was a little bit dirty and some dust in the room. Worst part was HORRIBLE COFFEE! Coffee in the room was disgusting! Went to the lobby restaurant and it was 5 dollars for a cup. Hotel would be much closer to perfect if they took coffee a little more seriously!

Check-in was painfully lengthy due to the lack of adequate staffing. One front desk clerk was on duty while six people waited to check-in. I observed the same thing the following evening. For such a "high-end" property, this doesn't set a good tone.

The hotel was great, but the service was lacking. The person at the front desk for check in was indifferent to our presence. She could barely look up at us, and didn't acknowledge our existence for several minutes. When she did look up and see us, she didn't smile and she barely interacted with us to get us checked in and give us the room keys. When we went to dinner, we found that they had no vegetarian options other than a green salad, even though online, we had found menus with multiple options. Upon asking about this, the server (who was also uninterested in our presence), said that they had less because it was a holiday weekend. This was not mentioned on their website when we made the reservation. We went somewhere else for dinner, even though part of why we chose that hotel was because there was a restaurant there, where we thought we could eat dinner and breakfast. Breakfast was fine, and the staff was much friendlier than the night before.
