When we arrived for check in at 3 pm, no one was at the reception desk. We called the number provided in the hotel signage and waited 30 minutes before someone arrived. Rooms were okay but the wear and tear was very apparent. . Later in the night there was some physical altercation nearby our room resulting in one guest having blood all over his face. Police arrived at the scene to arrest the culprit
I would not recommend this hotel to any decent individual.
The hotel I would NOT recommend the room smelt of cigarette smoke made me feel sick.

The property is nice and clean. The only thing is they had roaches. We didn’t see them until late when we’re about to take a shower. It’s was only like 3 BUT STILL.
As soon as you walk in there was a strong smell of weed. I ignored that since I planned to stay only for 1 night. Once I got to my room and turned on the light I saw little roches all over. They were in the bathroom, in the toilet, on the walls, around the bed, all over. I picked my bags up and left the room. Went to the front desk and the night clerk said he was sorry and would refund me. I'll wait to see if it shows up in the 7-10 days.
This is the worst place to stay. Floors are dirty, blanket on bed bas hair, shower is broken, roach running around, toilet base is rusty and counter tops are super dirty. Stay away. Front desk does not open until 9am so if you check out before 9am, you need to call back.
Where do I begin! Well when I got to my room went to use the bathroom the toilet seat was filthy, it also was stopped up and unusable, the room telephone did not work. Also the room itself furnished NOTHING as far as any kitchen equipment. After a couple of hours I did find a tent on the floor that said if you needed anything call. How was that possible if the phone wasn’t working?
The front desk was unmanned after 10 but when I used the lobby phone I was able to reach someone on the lobby phone and my toilet was cleared.
Also who still has a 32” TV? I could hardly see it from the bed. The heater and the bathroom fan was very loud.
I travel extensively and this hands down was my worst hotel experience!!!!
There were a couple of other issues with the room but I just listed the major issues.
I would like a full refund for the horrible experience!!!!!
