The pool floor was extremely gritty and felt dirty, my bedsheet had a cut in it and spots where the fabric was almost worn through. Staff were very friendly. There was a Christmas party going on during my stay which added significant noise I could hear through the walls of my room until shortly after midnight. Overall I would say probably an average hotel stay but nothing terrible or nothing special.

We booked through Expedia. Called hotel to double check our booking. Front desk told us there was no vacancy. We refuted this got a call back from the hotel half hour later saying the hotel would free up a room for us. The hot tub is sub par the temperature is warm the pool is freezing we were unable to enjoy this option and main reason for booking other then our dog. The hallways are loud. The extra charges for bringing dog was annoying during check in even though it was pet friendly room to the tune of 126 extra. The dog did not cause any mess or damage. We will not be back or recommending this hotel.

Great Hotel and Gym
I stay here twice a month when visiting my business in Red Deer. The staff is friendly and it is in a good location within walking distance to many places to eat. The gym is also really great for training when I'm on the road.

Only real complaint was the hot water and hot tub weren’t really hot , more of a just a warmer. Was a cold few days outside so a nice hot tub would have been great but overall very good value
