Nothing fancy but it here was a clean bed and hot shower. The breakfast did not have any options for people with dietary restrictions which was a little disappointing. Hotel is being renovated which already is brightening up the place. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. A quick check-in and out.

Breakfast was mid, loved the yogurt but that was for one day only. It’s in a good area. Near a lot of restaurants and shops. For the price of 140 per night I’d expect a better breakfast but that’s about it.

I think what saved this hotel was the price point. If I paid more I'd be fully upset. The hotel is in slight disrepair. The dining area was definitely getting redone so possibly some of the areas I found are part of a future fix. The front desk staff seemed like they wanted to be anywhere but at the front desk. Both nights were soooo loud. There were kids running up and down the hallways and stairwell from 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm and when I called down to the front desk nothing was done about it. The pool was a great area - with two hot tubs. Super fun. Definitely overcrowded with kids so we didn't use it a lot. And - kids not using the slide properly with parents not caring at all. I feel slightly bad giving the hotel not a great rating when a lot of my complaints was absolute terrible parenting . . . But - I think the hotel could have done something about the noise after they received complaints and they chose not to. Maybe sound proof the rooms better?

However, the automatic doors were not working properly and had to be pryed open manually and the pool and flooring is going to be undergoing a reno soon. Checkin was smooth and they let us extend our check out by an hour which was appreciated. Would stay again.

The staff were all super accommodating and helpful. The property itself is undergoing renovations, so some messiness and things out of order are to be expected. Breakfast was great. Our suite was perfect for our kids with small touches like a Nintendo system for them to play in their room. It could use some minor repairs but I thought overall it was wonderful for us. Great pool area as well. I would recommend this hotel.

We had dirty sheets and our tub completely didnt work. Couldnt shower or bath! Room 212. Told the front desk but nothing happen. The people who work there are nice but the hotel was disappointing

Dirty unkept hotel. There was pizza smeared over the walls and carpet in the hallway for the 2 days of our stay. The room wasn’t in the greatest shape with scratches and large dents in the walls as well as dining chairs scratched and cracked upholstery. Surprisingly noisy during our stay over Christmas. Disappointing.
