The good: Great location, nice property, very clean
The bad: The check-in process was hell. There was no map to show the location of the key lockbox and there were lockboxes all around the property. So I had to walk around the property twice to find the bike rack which was hidden behind a wall. There was also no map to show the location of the Crest parking lot or differentiate it from the nearby parking lot. There was no parking permit provided and all the signs warned of fines and towing so I lived in fear of losing my car. There is no overnight public parking in Rehoboth for non-residents so I couldn't even just pay to park somewhere. We didn't have hot water the first night because when you turn the shower to hot, only cold water comes out. I realized that the shower mixer had been installed UPSIDE down so that the hot side was cold, then off was in the middle (where it was supposed to be warm) then it goes to hot. So obviously this was unpermitted and makes me wonder what else is wrong. Lastly, the tvs didn't work. We had our devices but we were going to watch tv and all of the channels came in as if they were scrambled. There were no instructions anywhere and any time I contacted Vacasa for help (seven times total, through the app and by phone) I got a response saying it would be relayed to the property manager. For the amount of money I spent there, I am really pissed off. I asked for a partial refund and heard nothing else.
