The spa is not available when you reserve a room! You must book an appointment at least four weeks in advance, even before making your reservation. Be aware of this policy! Additionally, I was charged a resort fee, yet both the pool and spa were closed and completely unavailable. This was extremely disappointing and felt unfair. This was my experience—keep these things in mind before booking a room at the Peppermill Hotel Resort & Casino. Proceed with caution! Thank you!

Even though I had a non-smoking room, my room still smelled heavily of stale cigarette smoke. However, the janitorial staff were incredible and detailed! They checked in with me to make sure that everything was clean and comfortable. All of the staff on-site were super friendly and helpful!

Very nice

Hotel, casino, restaurants, shops were beautiful, good service, unique stores, food was amazing. The check in at hotel desk was smooth, however the employees at desk and especially the bell desk were snobbish. The service at the big sports bar was slow and unfriendly. The hotel room was gorgeous and comfortable. The womens clothing boutique had a good selection of styles and service was great.

BEWARE: BATHROOM FLOORS are VERY SLIPPERY, I take my shoes off when I enter the room but keep my socks on. Socks plus slippery tile floor equate to slip and fall danger; exactly what happened to me. Reached out to the hotel and all they did was take a report. No follow up, no call back (which was what I was told that they would do). Was initially fine but after a day, had an achy back. Was also informed that THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME; other patrons have slipped and fallen. Beds lack edge support so expect to feel like you’re gonna roll off. Sushi buffet service was exceptional, food was a bit above average. Pool is heated so great for a winter plunge. If it weren’t for the injuries I sustained during my trip, this place would be been ok.
