Amazing hotel! Went over and above for my boyfriends 30th and the hotel has a really lovely, relaxed but spa like feel. The spa is gorgeous! The hotel gave us champagne, balloons and macaroons and a note with happy birthday on as we entered our room which was a lovely touch and gave us popcorn as a thank you when we checked out. Really recommend this hotel as it’s so lovely and relaxed and right in the centre of Reykjavík - we will be back to Iceland and staying at this hotel! Thank you so much!

I honestly can’t fault this hotel. I really want to give a big shout out to all the staff that at reception. Everyone of them went above and beyond to help myself and partner have the best experience in Iceland. They really were so helpful and friendly. Definitely 10/10 for customer service. Management need to be aware how good their staff are. Housekeeping again was excellent and the little extra’s put in the room are a lovely touch

Excellent stay in the middle of Reykjavik. Beautiful hotel im great location, easy to walk everywhere. The staff was very nice and helpful with responding to my requests.

The Service in the CenterHotel Thingholt was very good. They can answer all questions. The Junior Suite included the spa. We were only ones time but it was ok. The lounge is very comfortable and you can enjoy a cocktail or wine. When you stay at the weekend prepare, that outside is loud music from the bars. Generally you can here all from the floor. Maybe a point to improve. But we like the stay in CenterHotels.
