Thanks to its location, the villa allows guests to reach the beautiful beaches and coves of Capo Vaticano in a short time while within a ten-kilometre radius it is possible to reach the tourist resort of Tropea.

An unforgettable experience awaits your eyes every day with a spectacular view of the sunset over the sea, in front of the Stromboli volcano.

The villa is spread over 120 square metres of interiors: 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of which is in the room), large living space with living room, sofa bed (with 2 additional beds), kitchen equipped with appliances and small technical room with laundry and washing machine.

Outside the villa is spread over 1,000 square metres of garden with a large swimming pool for exclusive use equipped with solarium and comfort sunbeds, large patio, threaded system, heated shower.

Best ever!!!
So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt und wir buchen seit Jahren über Fewo! Leider kann man für Sauberkeit nur 5 Sterne geben, ich hätte gerne 10 und mehr gegeben!!! Sogar die Auflagen für die Poolliegen, die Sofa- und Stuhlkissen und alle Zusatzdecken waren frisch gewaschen! Die Villa ist ruhig gelegen, aber dennoch sehr gut mit Infrastruktur versorgt. Guter Metzger direkt um die Ecke, Supermarkt 300 m weiter, und alles andere in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar. Und natürlich kann man sehr gut Sehenswertes von hier aus ansteuern. Tolle Strände, Tropea, Capo Vaticano, Pizzo etc. Modern und sehr hochwertig gestalten sich die Einrichtung und die Ausstattung im und um das Haus, was auf den Fotos gar nicht so rüberkommt. An allen Fenstern und Türen intakte Fliegengitter, Schlafräume sind komplett abdunkelbar dank der Außen-Fensterläden, der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt. Ganz kleiner Abzug für die Indoor-Duschen, die wirklich klein sind, was aber wiederum die Außendusche wett macht. Alles Tip Top! Ich habe mich in das Anwesen verliebt und hoffe, das alles noch einmal erleben zu dürfen. Tausend Dank an die Gastgeber, die uns super entgegenkommend und herzlich begrüßt haben und jederzeit erreichbar waren.

Simply perfect!
Das Ferienhaus ist stilvolleingerichtet; hochwertige Möbel innen wie außen. Die Küche ließ an Inventar nichts zu wünschen übrig; sogar ein Pürierstab war zur Hand. Als äußerst sinnvoll erwies sich die Waschmaschine, denn bei sehr hohen Außentemperaturen reichte die Wäsche

Perfect verblijf
Fantastisch huis met zwembad in een villa wijk van San Nicolo, dicht bij Tropea en schitterende kust bij Capo Vaticano. Alles was door de zeer vriendelijke eigenaren perfect voorbereid en begeleid. Een echte aanrader!
