Dirty and damaged
The room was dirty. There were what looked like toenail clippings on the floor. The drain in the shower was clogged with hair and the bathroom was full of water damage. I will never stay in a Best Western hotel ever again. The hotel is dirty and damaged. My door wouldn’t latch closed unless it was slammed shut.

The room smelled like smoke. The heater was so sound when it ran. You couldn’t even turn on the bathroom light due to the bathroom fan. The fan sounded like it was going to explode.

This is right across the street from Kings Dominion Amusement park. It’s right off the interstate. It’s quiet and clean everything worked well. The staff was professional and helpful. I thought it was great!
