This is a comfortable place to spend a few days in Richmond and the pictures in the listing tell the story accurately. Steps from Perly's, Stella's grocery and everything else downtown, yet feels calm and quiet in the apartment. There was a persistant acrid smell, like burnt rubber or wires in the bathroom the whole time, which would not clear even with the exhaust fan. Airwick scent in the rest of the apartment - not unpleasant - but if you are scent sensitive it could be an issue. As other reviews have noted, the instructions to check in are confusing - especially since the address is on the front of the building and the numbers in the back don't correspond. Refering to the "old Wells Fargo" isn't helpful for people who don't know Richmond. Parking lot signs have been taken down for construction, so it was nerve wracking at first, wondering if we'd be towed. Pictures would help. There was an overflowing trash can outside the interior door the whole time. Instructions said trash was empitied daily, so maybe there was building policy change.Overall a good stay.
