Micheal, Simone,Renee and the Gm Elizabeth were all top notch customer service representatives. I encourage them all to keep that same energy and hopefully all that come in contact with them will give it back.

Me and my fiancé stayed at the Norco location on two separate occasions. I must say while at this location we had no issues with the . All the staff members were very helpful in assisting us and our needs. The general manager Elizabeth Went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. We would definitely be back at this location.

Me and my fiancé stayed at the Norco location on 2 occasions. I must say both times were very pleasant and quiet. We had no issues with the room, staff or residents . I must say all the staff and the general manager Elizabeth went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable.We will definitely be back again.

I’m writing this review for the Extended stay hotel in Norco ,Ca . This would be me and my fiancé’s second time staying at this location. I must say both times were very pleasant. The location is easy to locate. The floor we stayed on appeared to be quiet. Our room was nice and clean. What ever we needed the staff had no problem providing us with any necessary items . All the staff that we came in contact with were extremely friendly and helpful. Team leader Michael, Simmon, Renee, Melissa in house keeping and the General Manager Elizabeth all went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. If I misspelled any staff’s member’s name or left out any staff members , forgive me. You all are amazing ,and keep up the awesome team work and customer service.

Well, I checked in and 20 minutes later I checked out. I just can’t believe I had to pay for that room that I didn’t stay in because it was so nasty. You had a band playing next-door and then the front desk said it smells like I need to take care of this, the whole complex smell like cigarettes.

This was by far the worst stay I’ve ever had. I decided to give this place a second chance, but it was a huge mistake. First off, the entire place smelled like weed, including the hallways. The receptionist gave a key to a guest who claimed to have forgotten his room key, without even asking for ID or verifying his identity. The room itself was somewhat clean, but the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and I was bitten by either a spider or a bed bug. To top it off, the room light stayed on all night, and none of the outlets worked, so I couldn’t even charge my phone. I would definitely not recommend this place.

The facility was ok but the room had stained sheets, shower didn’t drain properly. However the staff was friendly and addressed my issues
