The check in process is terrible, in line for over 2 hours. Wifi didn't work and 1 of the televisions was broke. For the price of this hotel i expected a whole lot more.

This was a bad experience, because when we arrived to check in the internet was down and we had to wait two hours to check in, and they eventually they manully check me in a smoker room, and the internet was down all night. I have stayed at this hotel before and It was great.

I liked the different choices of restaurants. The lienen and bedding was clean. The furniture in room was a little dingy. The room was on the 3rd floor by the air conditioners on top of the building right at our window. It was some type of noisy machinery but we couldn't sleep because it was very loud.

All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. We had a king suite which was wonderful. The view wasnt great since it was just the roof of the building but the bed was so soft and there were plenty of outlets to plug in and charge devices. The personal concierge on my phone was a wonderful addition.
