Outdoor shower, patio, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Motor access to the house (300 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Frühling in der Toskana
Seit Jahren fahren wir auf Agriturismo's in Italien und Fincas in Spanien. Das Ferienhaus Fonte del Tesoro liegt abgelegen auf ca. 200 m Seehöhe inmitten traumhafter Olivenplantage in exponierter Hanglage. Die Anfahrt von der Staatsstraße SP21 dauert ca. 20 min, die bei der Planung der Tagesauflüge unbedingt beachtet werden sollten. Die letzten 400m bis zum Haus sind sehr steil und unbefestigt, dennoch mit etwas Fahrgeschick und Konzentration gut machbar. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet (2 Doppelzimmer, 2 Bäder, offener Kamin, Küche, Fernseher, etc.) Der Außenbereich (Poolbereich, Außenküche, Garten) waren leider sehr ungepflegt, der wunderschöne Garten ludt leider nicht zum Verweilen ein. Bei der Buchung erwartet man eine gewisse Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit vom Alltagsleben; das Internetinserat versprach 2 ha Grundstück zur Alleinnutzung, leider war das Gegenteil der Fall: Gärtner, die die Olivenbäume verschnitten bewegten sich praktisch den ganzen Tag auf dem Grundstück, auch der Besitzer kam mehrere Male unangemeldet auf das Grundstück um private Tätigkeiten (Säubern des Cross-Buggys mit Druckluft neben unserer frisch gewaschenen Wäsche) durchzuführen. Leider führten diese Situationen dazu, dass wir uns leider unwohl in diesem eigentlich wunderschönen Haus führten und unsere Reise vorzeitig abbrechen mussten. Reiszeit: 2 Wochen Anfang Mai
