Les points forts : Propreté et personnel et service
Les points faibles : Infrastructures et conditions de l’hébergement
The stay at the inn on Broadway was probably the worst hotel sleeping/accommodation experience I’ve ever had. For a boutique hotel the lobby was nice clean, but the rooms were pathetic drab chic attempt at aesthetics. Small bathroom with a small corner sink with two mirrors that you could even see yourself. The bed was horrifically uncomfortable. Felt like I was sleeping on a board. Mind you, I have a firm mattress at home and I enjoy a firm bed, but this bed was so old so worn out the springs on all four edges of the wall of the mattress were protruding out. my arm and my hip fell asleep multiple times woke me up multiple times because of a nerve compression this defective bed caused. The Plumbing, clanked and clanked and clanked all night long, woke me up multiple times. The hotel had very little occupancy yet they stick me in the worst room possible in my opinion. If you have upgraded rooms, I would think you’d want to show off your better rooms by upgrading your customers. I did go downstairs at around 7 AM to speak with the manager/ person at the front desk as I was raging with anger and sleep exhaustion. I explained to him my dissatisfaction with the accommodations. He was apologetic and understanding, it was not his fault, as I blame the bedding and poor room aesthetics/accommodations on management who are obviously doing things on the cheap. The include MD breakfast is a joke, coffee /tea and candy. I would NOT stay at this hotel on my return visit to Rochester.
