Shower plugged and floods bathroom when used. Sink water comes out brown every time it's initially turned on. Outlets on both sides of the bed not functioning. No handsoap in bathroom. No holder for toilet paper. Just a terrible stay.

I choose this property for tge breakfast and proximity to the thruway. Because of renovations, there was no breakfast. This should've been on their website. There was no where in the room to hang up my winter coat or store my wet boots. The new heater was installed unlevel, so it rattled all night.

The place is a dump. The room was not clean, the sheets were stained, the bathroom sink didn't drain properly, and the breakfast for which I paid was no longer offered. I'll not make the mistake of staying there, twice.

Room was cold and the heating unit was very noisy. Difficult to sleep. No soap and out of body soap in the shower. Advertised breakfast included but area was closed for renovation. Some air fresheners was plugged in the room and was too strong. Overall a bad experience. I guess I got what paid for. Not recommended

The stay was fair. It could have been better. The bed was metal and squeaky. The room door lock inside was broken.. The window shade wasn’t dark enough to sleep. The light from the outside was shinning in. The hotel staff was fair, the person could have been better. It was false advertisement, regarding breakfast.

Broken toilet due to the plumbing part not showing the water to fill the bowl. When you flush, it sounds like the toilet drain is linked to the sink drain as the sound travels from the toilet to the sink. The sink drain is sluggish. Poor shower pressure. I know it’s a limited service hotel but I had to go to the reception to get a tv temote to work the tv??!!

First impression was not favorable. Walking in floors were dirty. Hallway to our room needed vacuuming, however, the room was very clean. It was very small, but we were only there one night, so it wasn’t a big deal.

Recently remodeled, still needs a little bit of work here and there. Sound travels very far, and many of the guests seem to think they are the only people staying there - yelling, playing their TV's loudly, making lots of noise in the halls, just acting like they own the place. You get that for the price, but it is still worth a stay when you are in a pinch.

Tiny tiny room my daughter and I shared a room for a week. The cheapest place to stay Interesting the police were there many times some sort of domestic issues. Good place for a solo trip maybe???
