After being paid by Expedia, the hotel charged me again. After numerous times trying to get the hotel to resolve the issue and getting no response, I would recommend that anyone staying at this hotel be very careful about giving them a credit card for incidentals. My credit card company issued a refund and also a new card, but said that they were having issues with management of the property also.

My stay was nice overall except for the check in process. I stood and waited in the lobby for 10 min waiting for someone to check me in. I was the only person in the lobby.
