The hotel was clean enough and the breakfast options were decent. When we arrived to our room pretty late in the evening, around 10 pm, the floor and couch were both damp as if they had been cleaned recently but did not look or feel particularly clean. One morning before we exited the property for the day, I stopped at the front desk to request a sheet change and stood there for 5 minutes and even called out and nobody was there. My husband then stopped at the front desk a couple minutes later and it was still empty. Other than that, our stay was fine.

Inside the staybridge suites my room was dirty and beat up. The property could use a refresher. During my stay, both elevators were down as well as the gym & the pool.

A great play day and a wonderful evenings stay.
We’re so grateful to have had such hospitality. We were working hard on a project at our home and needed a night away from the fumes. We are so thankful for letting us be able to stay right here for the convenience to be able to check on our project throughout our stay because we live in the same town as your hotel. The food was amazing. Thank you so much for providing breakfast and snacks for mommy and daddy. And the kids really enjoyed being able to hang out at the pool. We’d love to stay again and we will definitely be promoting a stay at your hotel to our friends.
