The pictures for this property were taken quite some time ago, as the vegetation has grown up quite a bit. I was unaware this site had a limited supply of non potable water, therefore limiting a nice long hot vacation shower after hiking all day, and causing us to buy extra water for our dog for drinking. There were a few ant invasions we took care of, and avoided the poison ivy on the front porch. It wasnt very private as the next cabin was facing ours not very far from us.
It did have very quick acess to all the main trails, all the main street at rrg, and a restaurant right at the bottom of the hill that was delicious. The area was also beautiful for walking, and the hot tub set up was nice, though the water seemed to start to smell a bit moldy(?) After 2 days.
Not a horrible place to stay, we were just expecting something a little more maintained. It felt more like an upgrade to camping instead of staying in a home away from home nice vacation cabin.
