What an amazing place!
This house is simply gorgeous! We had such an amazing time and Paul was so incredibly helpful with answering any and all questions I had, and I had a lot! Amazing vacation
Absolutely perfect stay at Island Time House! The amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. The private pool and beachfront access were stunning, making it easy to soak in the beauty of Exuma. The house was stocked with everything—from beach chairs and towels to a Bluetooth speaker—so we could fully enjoy our time without worrying about a thing. The host and property manager were fantastic, with quick and helpful communication throughout our stay. The owner’s website also had great recommendations that made planning activities effortless. Amazing Property
My family of 8 adults spent 6 nights in Great Exuma at Island Time. It was a magical trip and highlighted by such a beautiful, cozy, modern home! Every detail is perfection. Patrick, the house manager, was very attentive and helped us immediately if we were in need. Our itinerary included a private excursion with Exuma water sports / rented a boat and spent the day at The Coconut Club and Chat n Chill on Stocking Island/ a Hydrosports water bike ride through the Lazy River/ fun beach day at Cocoplum beach/ and much time by our own beautiful pool and walks on the gorgeous beach outside our door! We are already talking with friends about booking Island Time for a couples trip! Thank you Paul for sharing your home.

Trust the pictures and the reviews!
This beautiful home put the lux in luxury! The kitchen is perfectly stocked with small touches like the Yeti cups, kitchen towels, a huge assortment of wine glasses, cooking utensils, and spices. The bedrooms and bathrooms are roomy and comfortable with a spa-like feel. We had 8 adults but there is room enough for kiddos. The robes are a lovely touch. Paul is an incredible host, provided loads of great info in advance of our trip and checked in to see how our week was going. Some of these “extras” sound simple but you normally would not find beach towels, snorkel gear, sunscreen, bug spray, 2 washers, dryers and fridges, Kleenex, and a wonderful welcome gift in a typical VRBO. Thank you, Paul, for the perfect week!

Absolutely Fantastic!!
We had pretty high expectations after reading the reviews and seeing the pictures BUT nothing prepares you to how great the house is. You have everything you need and Paul, Patrick and Patricia provide all the little details. Super responsive hosts and any small need was taken care of very quickly. The only bad part was having to leave. Highly recommend for your next stay or vacation unless it’s the same time we want to return. We need it that week 😉

My family (4 adults and 2 kids) just spent a week in Exuma and stayed here at Island Time. The house is beautiful and very clean (which is important to me). It’s right on the water with beach access and the kids loved having the pool. The owner was easy to communicate with and was very responsive. He truly thought of everything when furnishing this home. The location was great for us! I highly recommend staying here and hope to book again next year.

This place is like a slice of heaven on earth. So beautiful and relaxing. The condo was extremely clean, had all the kitchen/bath items we needed, beautifully decorated, pool was super nice, and the ocean views were stunning. Best place on Earth!
This property is the epitome of a luxury vacation. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with a house that was impeccably designed, with beautiful furnishings, and breathtaking panoramic views that will leave you in awe. The property manager was very responsive and helpful, the house was very clean, and the pool/outdoor living area is literally to die for. I was also pleasantly surprised with how much there was to do within the town as well. My kids had a great time and weren’t bored once! We lacked nothing. This rental is the perfect blend of elegance and relaxation. It was an amazing trip and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend staying here. In fact, I don’t think I’ll be back UNLESS I stay here! It was that perfect!!!! Ten out of ten!!!

Stunning!
We had the most amazing time in Exuma and we had the perfect house! The house is brand new, the pictures don't do it justice. You can tell they spared no expense from the robes, the thick and fluffy towels, to the custom yeti's & shot glasses they supplied. The beds were very comfortable and it was so nice to have such a large refrigerator and two washers and dryers. The pool was obviously a favorite, the kids would swim until 11:00 every night. The beach is absolutely wonderful and we barely saw people the whole week. Stay Exuma luxury rentals is definitely the place to stay! We can't wait to come back!

Take Me Back!
We had such a fantastic, relaxing vacation at this house. The views of the ocean from the pool & patio are incredible. The sand is smooth and great for walking barefoot. The house itself was beautifully decorated, the beds were super comfy, and the kids especially loved the bunk beds. The kitchen had top tier appliances and cookware, I especially appreciated the big fridges! The pool, comfy outdoor seating, and outdoor grill/kitchen were used pretty much every night and we seemed to have the nights to ourselves. The house is within walking distance of several restaurants and a grocery store is just a short drive away so it is very conveniently placed. The owner couldn’t have been friendlier and responsive. It was a beautiful home on a gorgeous, safe island with breathtaking views and amazing food. We’ll definitely be back!

Not enough “Island Time” for me!
I loved staying in the beautiful vacation home, Island Time, on the gorgeous island of Exuma. It is by far the most stunning place I have ever been to and stayed at. Island Time was such a comfortable home and it had all the amenities you could possibly need or want. I enjoyed the fantastic ocean views from both inside and outside of Island Time. I also spent a lot of time relaxing in and around the pristine pool enjoying those fabulous views. There was only one problem, I wasn’t there long enough! But I will be rebooking soon for next year!

Simply WOW!!!
Our whole experience was absolutely amazing - I will start from the beginning. We arrived in GGT midday and after suffering the horrors of modern air travel, we were greeted by our cars being ready for us right outside of the customs office. I think we walked 30 feet. Our host set everything up - all we had to do was sign some quick papers and we were on our way. After a short and scenic 15-20 minute drive, we arrived at “island time”. Upon entering the home, we were greeted by the amazing decor, a modern kitchen, a stocked fridge (ask about this service - it’s great) and the AMAZING view. The house was everything you see in the pictures and more. All 4 bedrooms are master suites with the large front 2 facing the ocean. The back 2 bedrooms are very nice as well. These rooms also boast bunk beds in addition to their primary beds. The pool area is wonderful. My wife really enjoyed the shallow area where you can lay in the sun and still lay in the cool water. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for our steak and lobster dinner night as well as casual conversation and drinks all day. One of our favorite features were the clear bottom kayaks. Man were these fun. There are several reef areas you can reach. We also utilized a boat charter that was recommended by our host and it was an amazing time. We have stayed on exuma many times, but I think we finally found our go-to vacation rental. Thank you, Paul and team, for making our vacation so special.
