When we first walked into the apartment we thought for sure that we had stepped arrived at the wrong address. The online photos were beautiful and elegant. The actual apartment was a dismal dump. Half of the listed amenities were nonexistent, including ones that we had planned our trip around. For example, we needed a clothes washer and dryer. We also needed a full stove with oven. Both of them were listed on the apartment's web page, but none of them were found.
After complaining to the property manager and having then been threatened physically by her, we were forced to vacate prior to our scheduled departure. Oddly enough, that property page has been taken down and the new page has a description that is slightly more accurate. The photos, however, are totally fake.
This was the worst travel experience of my entire 70 year old life.
