We stayed at the Alpi for three nights this week. The staff were welcoming and responsive. The building and rooms are lovely. The room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the rooftop bar, the breakfast and the overall ambiance. The one problem that needs to be fixed is the shower - you can't take a shower without water getting all over the floor. We were super careful, but due to the design, there's no way to take a shower and not have the floor get very wet. The hotel needs to fix this issue. It's not acceptable at this price point. Every other element of the facility/building and room we rate a 5.

Was a lovely hotel with super friendly helpful staff. There were limited restaurants and shops close by but it wasn’t to bad because with 10-15minute walk you could get to these things.

Hotel was great, reception was very nice and they got us in quickly despite a late booking. The room was really clean with nice finishes and a comfortable bed, great value - wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

We had such a pleasant stay at Hotel Alpi for our Honeymoon, they were easy to communicate with and would respond in a very fast timely manner. We never had an issue, as soon as we checked in the front desk informed us of all the stuff that we could do around the hotel, and explained the easiest way to get around. They were super friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also good, and the hotel is right by the Roma Termini and buses for easy public transport. So many accessible restaurants at close distance. Would highly recommend! ☺️

lovely hotel, well placed for walking in the city which we chose to do, however the Metro is only a few minutes away. Breakfast was very good, offering a continental choice of foods. There a several good places to eat within 6-12 minutes of the hotel. The hotel will arrange transfer to and from the airport if needed we paid for our transfer to the airport 4 adults 2 cases 60euro. The staff were lovely and friendly and would do their best to make our stay a good one. Just something to be aware of,a man approached my son in law and offered a friendly gesture of a hand bump but this was his way of getting us caught up in conversation, he took our hand and place a bracelet on, then asked for money for his 'family in Africa' we declined which he did not like we took off the bracelet and walked away......five minutes later another offered a hand bump which we flatly refused. This only happened to us when we were at the colosseum the crowds were huge, maybe that's why. As we chose to walk everywhere we saw a lot of Rome, we had a good holiday and pleased with our choice of hotel.

I loved this hotel.! Carla the receptionist was very personable. We felt very welcomed by her. We also were able to check in early. As an American air conditioner is a must lol and this hotel had the BEST AC! It got too cold at one point but I loved it as it was hot in Rome during our stay. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Comfortable rooms, concierge to help with luggage, friendly front desk staff and 10min walk to Rome Termini station. Only feedback was the A/C room temperature seems to be controlled centrally, had to request from front desk for the A/C temperature to be lowered, as it automatically kept switching back to 25 celsius.
