Extremely wonderful staff !!! Big shout out to Antonella at the front desk who was super helpful and very kind .. as well as the staff at the breakfast area .. they helped pack a breakfast for us when we were travelling.. highly recommend this hotel

Great location, within walking distance to all major attractions. Hotel has a coffee shop where they also do breakfast. Staff was very helpful and even made us some breakfast to go when leaving on our last day. Only downside to mention is the WIFI reception. Horrible at the hotel itself however at the coffee shop much better.

Contrary to requests months in advance and being multiple repeat guests we were given clearly the worst and least accessible room. The receptionist on duty 5pm on 7/9/25 was at best unappreciative of circumstances at worst rude. Due to back problems we needed to be close to lift and no stairs. Also we are in mid 70s. We got the exact opposite room with almost no light. It took Alex another employee to not only facilitate our move to another room but also with multiple other issues. Many thanks to him. The room they moved us to which was described as beautiful and perfect had only one plus and that is much light. Otherwise Lino floor lifting toilet seat off its axis shower spout not stay up and holder broken cistern constantly leaking wall cracked marked. Sometimes only 1 towel replaced. We had to ask for toilet paper almost daily. Etc etc etc. the kitchen staff were good and breakfast was nice and good value. We would not stay there again and it is certainly Not a 4 star hotel

I stayed here for one night and overall had a good experience. The hotel has a very convenient location, the room was clean and organized, and the staff were friendly. However, the main issue was that the staff had difficulties communicating in English. For an international hotel, I expected a better command of English to assist guests. Other than that, everything was fine.

I booked this property specifically because it advertised WiFi in both rooms and public areas. That was a complete lie. The WiFi in the room was basically non-existent. We reported the issue on the day we arrived, but no one on staff could (or would) help us during the entire stay. If you need WiFi, a peaceful night’s sleep, or even the slightest bit of support from hotel staff, do not book this hotel. I regret wasting my money here.
