Perfect Location
This cute boutique Hotel was an amazing find! Nestled in the middle of Rome, many attractions were within walking distance. comfortable bed, free coffee, upgraded bathroom with a bidet. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Thomas at the front desk was always pleasant, and helpful with navigating the city. We’ll definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We loved the location & the staff was amazing. Our only negatives were that the water pressure was very low we could never get the hot tub hot because it would never fully drain. It took an hour to barely get above the jets. Also, the tv being on glass is blurry. We felt very safe & everything is convenient!

This is a nice hotel that tries way too hard on the technology front. The location is excellent, minutes from dozens of restaurants and attractions and the staff is friendly and accommodating but they have gone off the deep end when it comes to technology. You can't turn the lights on or off without the remote, the TV is a complicated mess and the climate control just flat doesn't work, resetting itself from 22 C to 25.5 C at random. We sweated thru most nights and I constantly had to reset the temperature which most resulted in it staying hot.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.the location is excellent as it is close to everything. The staff were friendly and especial thanks to Frederico and Thomas. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall i had a great stay and would recommend it to everyone.

The staff was beyond helpful and kind. If there was an extra star for the staff then I would give it to them. A huge complaint was the smell in the bathroom. We thought it was a dirty towel or a drain at the beginning but it ended up being black mold under the boards in the shower. My daughter and I woke up to swollen faces and red eyes. I took photos and had I known where the smell was coming from right away then I would have changed rooms/hotels. We are allergic to mold and especially black mold. Other than that, I would stay there again.

Very nice place in the heart of downtown. Can walk to anything from the hotel. Rooms were modern and boutique style. Small reception area which was upstairs. Elevator was difficult with luggage but workable.

We spent three nights here. Very cool elevator! We would definitely return. Location was perfect. The hotel was a bit tricky to find as we’d never been in Rome but learned that’s not uncommon. AC was needed after a day of touring anround. Only complaint is the shower had sporadic pressure.

Very easy checkin and checkout. Friendly helpful staff. The hotel was well worth the price with clean rooms filled with smart technology and great air conditioning. I would stay there again for my next time in Rome.

The hotel is in a great area and the in house staff are very helpful. The rooms were not maintained very well, such issues as cracked shower screens , faulty shower and marks on the wall was what we found. The cleaning of the rooms was not good, marks and stains all over the place along with the cleaning staff not swapping bedding regularly and not showing up at all on some days.
