Pros: The home has plenty of space for a family. The pool was beautiful and the neighborhood was very nice with beautiful landscaping.
The master bedroom and bath were huge and the kitchen and dinking areas were spacious. Publix was only a five minute drive and there were loads of restaurants nearby as well.
It was about a 30-minute drive to get to Peanut Island or to Palm Beach, but for the price, that was just fine.
Cons: The living area is a bit small and sparsely furnished. It could use another chair, a coffee table, and a lamp to accommodate more people and feel a bit more homey.
The kitchen was also missing some essential items, like kitchen towels, oven mitts, scissors, a corkscrew, and a pizza cutter. (We "donated" one.) The plates were all fancy ceramic plates with metal edging so you couldn't use them in the microwave.
The pool area is furnished with discarded indoor furniture and old exercise equipment. Some inexpensive outdoor furniture would make it more inviting.
My family and I enjoyed a relaxing spring break in the home and would gladly stay there again!
