The hotel was easy to find, the room was very cosy and the staff were lovely and helpful. However, the room was quite warm and the curtains were very thin and allowed a lot of light through.

We paid £106 for a night stay and we surprised to see the hotel still has 80s style and the housekeeping is Below average

Convenient for town centre. Hotel needs updating. Breakfast needs to offer a bit more variety.

Good: Service, location near victoria place, 10 min. walking distance to Pantiles Less good: location at one of the main roads through the town; we had room no. 51 and it was quite loud.
