The front desk girl (young girl) was so so sweet and so helpful, and the gal who does the breakfast was also so sweet and kind! beautiful property, great staff, i hope to be back. so clean!

It’s a very new 2 year old hotel, hence well maintained as of now! Not a fan of Best Westerns otherwise but had no choice here. I was very pleasantly surprised and very happy we stayed here! The view off of the parking lot was great with fall foliage. Breakfast was good too! Overall I was very happy.

This was the nicest hotel we stayed in on our trip...best best western for sure and leaps above the Hilton in Boston. great staff...even looking into purchasing the same kind of bed for our home. definitely the best place we stayed in in all of Maine.

This was a nice hotel with a good breakfast. Area felt safe and had an elevator and interior rooms. Room was clean and spacious with a small sitting area in a nook of the room away from the bed. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was very accommodating. We left a night lite there and they called to let us know. Would definitely stay again.

Check in was not great. First person seemed to be new. Second person just seemed annoyed. During breakfast Fox news played. I do not want to listen to politically biased news during breakfast. I want hot water for my tea but since that pot is also used for coffee it makes tea taste terrible.
