"Wir sind öfters geschäftlich in Zürich. Waren des Öfteren dort untergebracht. Ein gutes Hotel mit freundlicher Rezeption. Allerdings war der Aufenthalt im Restaurant eher negativ zu bewerten. Das Essen war in Ordnung, allerdings der Kellner unfreundlich, schnippisch. Vermutlich da er komplett überfordert war. Was nicht das Problem der Gäste sein sollte. Ich werde nächstes Mal sicher eher im Mc Donalds neben an dinieren."
