In the heart of the Sancy massif, the detached, single-storey house, completely renovated in 2019, located in the small hamlet of Coste Aider, 3 km from the village of Saint-Diéry, is ideal for holidays in the great outdoors between lakes and mountains. You will savor the tranquility of the large plot with mountain views ... Covering an area of 70 m², the gite is composed of a kitchen, open onto a pleasant bright living room and, on a private terrace. You will enjoy a large living room with sofa, TV, DVD player, plenty of storage; a well-equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine ... a baby kit (high chair, bath, cot, potty) on request, as well as 2 bedrooms (with a double bed of 140 in each as well as a bed of 80); a bathroom with a large shower, a sink and a separate toilet. Outside, you will have a large terrace with an outdoor table and a barbecue, as well as private parking in front of the gîte for at least 2 vehicles.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be close to Jonas Cave Site. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the holiday home.

A really pleasant place to relax
A nice house in a lovely setting with super views. It was always possible to choose sun or shade to sit in. The facilities were good without being too fancy. It was easy to reach nearby towns ans we had pleasant walks and cycle rides in the area.

Le gîte est bien situé au calme près de Murol Mais il n’y a aucun consommable (huile,sel,produits lave-vaisselle ,papier aluminium,papier ménage….) Serviettes et draps facturés en sus! Malgré cela c’est un gîte agréable
