XMAS Staycation

Blended family time at xmas. The house was perfect for everyone! great location to beach and walking. We are a blended family and the house offered enough comfort for all our different personalities! The dogs loved it too!

Great place to stay at Fripp!

This is the 7th time we have stayed at Fripp in the past 5 years and this was our favorite rental. The location was perfect. We walked our dogs to the beach twice a day. The kitchen was well stocked, beds and furniture were very comfortable. The porches were beautiful and well set up. We would love to come back!

Awesome house

703 Amberjack is a very spacious, well stocked clean home. Great space for large family/friends. Plenty of parking. The owner was wonderful and we stayed in contact during our entire stay. We will definitely stay here again.

Would Definitely Stay Here Again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay last week. The property owners were highly responsive, ensured a smooth check-in process and promptly addressed any inquiries we had. They also supplied a wealth of useful information, from local dining recommendations to activity suggestions, which greatly enhanced our visit. The rental itself appeared to have been recently updated, featuring a nice, modern feel. It was in a very good location, just seconds from the beach access (though a long pier to get to the beach because of the marsh between the access point and the sand) while simultaneously tucked away, avoiding any foot traffic from others. It was an easy golf cart ride to the local attractions as well. The property had an open floor plan, which really encouraged interaction among our group. This layout made it easy for everyone to participate in conversations and group activities, making our stay more enjoyable and social. Overall, our experience at this property was delightful and we would stay there again.

Exceptional

This property exceeded our expectations. The lower level allowed privacy for my son and his family. His 5 year old wakes up before 6AM. We were able to sleep upstairs til whenever. The proximity to the beach and the use of the golf cart also accommodated our family needs. Don’t miss the chance to sit by the gas fire table on the deck. Beautiful way to “chill” with everyone. The host was quick to respond and provided info to insure our stay was perfect. We traveled from Montanna, Florida and SC. We are already talking about our return. I Highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Experience!!

We rented the property for a long wedding weekend. We were there from Wednesday - Sunday. It was perfect for our grown children and their spouses and my Mother-In-Law. We had everything we needed plus extras! I have rented many homes in many different parts of the country - this was one of the most peaceful places. The location was perfect for going to the beach and the golf cart made it super easy. The ping pong table provided lots of entertainment as well! And the deer that walked around like dogs was a extra special treat!! Sarah, the host, was the most accommodating I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend staying at this property

Beautiful home!!!!

This is a beautiful home and is very clean. Kitchen is stocked well with dishes and cookware. Has 2 screened porches and outdoor shower. Downstairs apartment is separate but adds bed space. Has beach access but was too far for us so we chose to go to a mid island beach access Golf cart came in handy for that and evening rides!! I highly recommend this house and would stay here again!!! Manager is most helpful and responds quickly to any questions you have!!!

Fripp Amberjack stay

This was the best possible location this weekend. This house felt very secluded. The house was perfect! It was clean upon arrival. And the host was so very responsive with every need or question I had! I will definitely plan on returning to 703 Amberjack very soon!

Great vacation

We had a great time at this property. It is clean and spacious and only a few steps from the beach access. The kitchen was well stocked with just about every appliance/utensil you might need. The two porches were great for relaxing during the evenings. We didn't stay long enough to try the Sauna. Maybe next time!

Perfect house for a large group!

This house is great. Here are the highlights: (1) AC works great (2) Steps to the beach. There is a GORGROUS boardwalk (3) outdoor shower for sandy feet (4) house can comfortably fit SO many people. We only had 7 in our party but the house could have slept as many as 16! (5) downstairs apartment was super cool. Private/separate from the main upstairs dwelling. This makes the house great for 2 families that want their own space. Downstairs can sleep 6 and has a kitchenette. (6) golf cart included in rental! Overall we had a wonderful stay and would totally recommend this house to any group. Plenty of bathrooms, beds, and kitchen necessities. Loved it!
