Night staff is rude, doesn’t want to work, and just sits at the front desk. An older lady who works at night yells at people in the pool for being there 20 minutes before it closes, runs over and shuts off the hot tub timer and demands everyone leave. She stayed the hot tub needed maintenance anyway and nobody should be in it. If that’s the case, it should be shut down. She also consistently doesn’t want to help with towels or anything else. She sits down on an office chair in the doorway and does nothing. Other staff during the day was great, but she needs some training!

Booking room was great. Checking in was great . Breakfast was ok as they were out of syrup. So now waffle. Rest of breakfast was good. The only problem was i wanted to sign up for marriott bon voy. The check in clerk said to scan the upc code on the counter. I did this and filled out application and it asked me for credit card. I did that figuring it was part of their policy. NOT, it was a music streaming that now had my credit card . I couldnt figure out how to cancel it . So when i get home i have to dispute this charge. Very unhappy that this occurred from a qr code that they offered as the way to get their app. I told the clerk in the morning and she removed the card from counter

Reception attendant was friendly. Hotel smelled good and was warm and inviting. Clean throughout. Breakfast was sufficient w/hitting macros. The driving to was only issue because of turn. Learned for the second time to come to come from different direction.
