The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the train/frontrunner noise was awful with the screeching and then the traffic noise was terrible was unable to sleep with the mix of all the chaos. Tried the ear plugs but did not drown out the noise. Would not recommend the Hardware side of the bldg at all.

I chose this property because it was solid with an open safe parking lot where skis would be safe in my car. Many hotels downtown have parking in structures and have poor reviews regarding the parking structure safety and accessibility, so I chose this hotel where parking was only $10/night. Staff said it was safe and you had to use your key card to lift the gate and there was security every 15 minutes. The gate lifted automatically and a card access was not required when I was there, so anyone could have accessed the lot. I also didn’t see any evidence of manned security, but I didn’t have any issues other than the lot being full at one point.

We went to a Utah Hockey Club game and the Delta Center is minutes away on foot. If we take in another game we will try to again to book the Hyatt. The breakfast was great with a lot of choices.

Hardly any of the room amenities were working. The room gave a hospital room vibe, valet was unavailable, and the front desk was not reachable from the room as the phone was not working.
