We booked a suite that was meant to sleep our family of 6 (4 young kids). When we got to the property, they informed me that I had 2 king rooms booked. They transferred us to 2 king bed suites, which each only sleeps 4 and did not notify me. This caused us to need to split up both adults so the kids had someone in each room. Really annoying that we didn’t get the room that we booked online, and were not notified until we arrived for check-in. We also booked the room a month prior and they probably prioritized someone else over our family.

Overall we had a great experience. We had called ahead to reserve a crib for our room, but they were all used when we checked in. We ended up having to go buy one at Target, which was a bummer, but the manager reimbursed us for it.

Very Noisy Heater

Very comfortable and nice room, except for two big failures. First the heater, was very noisy and was constantly kicking on every minute it seemed like. Second, the smoke seals around the door were no longer sealing and thus let in lots of hallway noise. Also the breakfast was also sub-par but I really liked having actual mugs and utensils as well as the option for to-go cups and disposable utensils. If it weren't for those two major failures, I'd stay here all the time. I also liked the light rail to downtown and the variety of food and entertainment options nearby.

I found one baby roach in the sink in the middle of the night, and my room smelled like a persons home who has pets. I know pets are allowed, but you can tell there have been pets in this room. I still think the place was very clean and I would stay there again. Kids loved the pool. Love the breakfast and happy hour with snacks. Staff is so nice!

Needs some deep cleaning

This hotel is run down. Service was good but our room looked like it hadn't been deep cleaned in a while as you could see dust on vents, ceiling, and fixtures. The beds and bathroom were clean, minus the tub which looked like it hadn't been cleaned from whoever used it last as there was dirt and other things in the tub. We did get a towel that had stains and hair on it. The pool area is the same. Looks run down and in need of some serious deep cleaning. Breakfast wasnt anything special. Kids still had fun but we won't be staying here again.

I really enjoyed the staff and how helpful they were while staying there. We had no power for a couple of hours my 1st night/early morning without any explanation, however the staff made sure that we had breakfast that morning. Also I wanted to thank them and acknowledge that they were able to get me in sooner than check on time. Coming off of a 6 hour flight was very appreciated. I will definitely come back and stay here when I'm in town.
