This property wad incredibly dirty and unsafe. Cigarette holes in the blankets, hair all over the sheets. The front desk agent Urival told me i would be issued a refund for not staying and to reach out to expedia directly. Expedia has not responded and now the super 8 is not responding either. A full refund for this needs to be issued.

No soap shampoo or body washor tv remote in the room. Desk gave us bar soap for the sink and shampoo to shower with. Hot tub had a chlorine oder so strong it burned your eyes. Trash can in hall was full of trash on Friday by Suday morning it was over flowing all over the floor. Had never been emptied.

If all you need is a bed to sleep on, this works
Checked in online, including providing my ID and payment details.. for no reason, because they made me provide that all again when I got there. Room had mold and stained bedding, the mini fridge didn't work and they didn't come fix it like they said they would... And the shampoo bottle was basically empty but we never got any housekeeping. Breakfast options were pretty terrible, including cold and bad tasting coffee and since the wifi isn't password protected, I had to leave to work elsewhere for a day. We honestly didn't dare try the pool because the front desk/breakfast area was flooded with the smell of the chemicals in it. Someone at breakfast told me their stay was similar to their experience doing time and I honestly believed them. I booked here because the website had a pretty high star rating for them, but I'm not terribly sure what that rating was based on.

Worst place ever. Had no help. Was given the wrong room. Room we were given wasnt clean. Terrible staff. Didnt even stay becahse of the qay we were treated when we first got there and not given the correct room we paid for.
