Property is very dated and not well maintained! Asked for late check-out and was given late check-out. We I did go to check-out, they advised that there was a $10 euro charge for late check-out. I was not advised when I asked for a late check-out that there was a fee! Very poor customer service!

It was right by the train station so very convenient for our 1 night stay. The room was very quiet and spacious.

We had a amazing time...the location of the hotel is great. The breakfast was very good. All the staff at the front desk was nice. We had a major problem with the house keeping....the room was not cleaned proper. Toilets and basin we not cleaned ...very dirty. They need to improve.....

Just steps from the train station and easy access to public transportation throughout the city. Lots of shopping and dining within an easy walk. The property is clean, quiet, and comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms, modern bathroom and hot water. Next to the main train station and short bus ride or walk into the old town. Quiet and definitely a great spot to be located in for your stay in Salzburg.

We missed our connection flight and ended up staying in this hotel, which was about two minutes from the train station. It was extremely clean, very convenient and close to restaurants and shopping centers.
