It rained most days of my stay. But sitting on the balcony with the view of palm trees and ocean in the background was enough for me. The distant sound of bachata from the mosquito bar was a nice way to cap the evening before bed. I would stay there again.

The property is a bit dated... In particular pool area but this is definitely the best unit in the building. Needs some maintenance with, outdoor furniture, light bulbs and water filter for the sulfer content. The area is packed with scooters but you couldn't hear them when in the complex which was a relief and a very quiet stay

Formidable!
Grande appartement confortable, les piscines son très spacieuse et peux achalandé. Le site est tranquille et l'emplacement est excellent pour la plage et l'épicerie. Apartado del ruido, puedes ir caminando al centro del pueblo y a la playa. La atención a la recepción fue inmejorable, aunque tuvimos un problema con el tendedero lo solucionaron enseguida. Necesita algunas mejoras, como la puerta de la azotea que no cierra en condiciones, pero cumple su función perfectamente y está muy bien equipado.

Great locations and clean pace. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Stair could use handrail for extra safety. Pool area beautiful, clean and calm at all times. Great stay! Don’t forget you do have to pay electricity.

We loved this condo and Las Terranas. Marie-Helene replied quickly to any questions. We had a small issue with the washing machine but Dorian quickly had it repaired. The 2 pools were really nice. Very nice BBQ. We would suggest newer furniture on the roof terreace but outside of that our month long stay was wonderful.Highly recommend.

Perfect Location
We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. The location was terrific to get to the restaurants and stores. The complex was peaceful and the pool sparkling. We were able to find good swimming in the sea just across the street to the left. This is a great area to walk and explore.

Cet appartement est très grande, les 2 balcons et la terrasse sur le toit, génial. Le site est propre et plein de beaux arbres et fleurs. Les 2 piscines très bien entretenus. La plage est littéralement en face du site de l'autre côté de la rue. Nous voyons la mer de la terrasse du toit.

WONDERFUL
This is an absolutely wonderful two bedroom condo spread over three-floors, the top floor being a lovely covered rooftop terrace with a water view. We rented this condo for three months and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The condo is across the street from the beach and Pueblo de los Pescaderos, a strip of about 12 beachfront restaurants. As others have noted, the condo is a short 5 minute walk to the main street, calle Duarte, and about a 15 minute walk to the first of 2 grocery stores in town. The Don Caesar complex has 100 units but during our three month stay generally less than half of the units were rented at any one time. The complex is wonderfully quiet and the grounds are well maintained. There are 2 pools, and many days we were the only ones using the pools. Upon arrival at the condo all the basic necessities were provided including paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc., as well as a lovely bowl of fresh fruit - thank you Marie-Helene! The condo has been renovated and is very well equipped. The fridge is a decent size and there is a ceramic stovetop, though there is no oven. However, a toaster oven and a BBQ were provided. All the kitchen and dining supplies appear new, including new pots, utensils, glasses, dishes, and cutlery. The only items missing were a vegetable peeler and a couple of casserole dishes for use in the microwave and toaster oven. There is a washing machine, plenty of closet space, and each bedroom has an ensuite shower. Housekeeping do a very good job. TV programming is through a streaming service, but given how slow the download speeds are, TV reception is unreliable. Our favorite place in the condo was the rooftop terrace where we would spent hours each evening reading and listening to music as we watched the stars come out - absolutely wonderful!! A couple of suggestions: 1. bring a portable music source and speaker so you can listen to music on the rooftop terrace 2. Boulangerie Francais has the best croissants in Las Terrenas, which we enjoyed most mornings with a cup of coffee on the ground floor patio.

Très bon séjour
L'emplacement de cet appartement est parfait si l'on souhaite être proche du village, les restaurants sont tous accessibles à pieds. La plage Las Ballenas en face est sublime. Nous étions en basse saison et donc plage quasi vide, c'était top. Contacts avec Marie-Hélène et Dina supers. prêtes pour répondre à tous nos besoins. J'ajoute qqs petits point à améliorer pour que le séjour soit parfait (à prendre juste de manière constructive ) : améliorer la pression de l'eau dans la douche, et prévoir une clim un peu plus forte, car nous étions en période de fortes chaleurs et nous la sentions à peine. Pour le reste avis très positif; nous reviendrons !

Wonderful Month in Las Terrenas
What a great vacation! Marie and Camille were excellent at communicating and arranging any thing from airport transportation, to a grill, to taxi rides to other beaches. Any issues we had were always resolved immediately. The condo was modern, clean and very spacious. The penthouse roof deck was an awesome bonus. The only suggestion I have is we travelled with our 3 year old daughter and the stairs were a bit scary for small children... they were twisty and had no railings so we had a couple scares on them. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, and we were welcomed with all the necessities we would need before we made it to a store (paper towel, dish soap, toilet paper, etc). The location was exactly what we had in mind. Right across the street was the Pueblo Des Pescardos, a cute little building with several restaurants we frequented often. The grocery store was about a 15 minute walk which wasn't a problem as they had a delivery service and would drop off the groceries later that afternoon. Our daughter loved the two pools at the complex, they were a bit older and could use some updating but it didn't phase her at all. The grounds as well could use a bit of TLC, but the condo was so nice it was fine. All in all I would 100% return to stay, if it was available I would be booking a ticket to come back after the holidays! Wonderful condo, wonderful hosts. Thank you for an awesome vacation!

Un voyage magnifique
Nous sommes venus avec beaucoup d’appréhensions suite aux jugement que les gens avait de la République Dominicaine ! Mais nous repartons avec plus du tout le même regard sur ce pays !!! nous en sommes ravis , les gens sont adorables , nous avons été très très bien reçu par Marie Hélène et sont équipes que nous remercions ! Une équipe a l’écoute et surtout très professionnel avec de bon conseils ! Nous avons louer 10 jours la villa ( cocotier 2 ) dans une résidence sécurisée et au calme en plein cœur du centre ville , la villa est juste splendide , le centre ville de Las Terrenas est très animé de jour comme de nuit ! Nous nous sentons vraiment en sécurité ! En tout cas nous avons profité pleinement de notre séjour nous en sommes vraiment très content et avons passé de très bonnes vacances!!
