Service sucks; room is meh; bed was fab
When I arrived, the lady did not greet me. I had to say my name 3 times bc she couldn’t hear me, and then was told I was yelling. She said they couldn’t find my reservation at all, even though I provided my itenerary number. After being on the chat/phone for nearly 45 minutes; the hotels.com resolution department was able to get the hotel to honor my room reservation. I was sent back inside to which the front desk employee would not look at me or speak to me. After a few awkward minutes she handed me the key and said it was upstairs. She was more frustrated than I was; yet I was the one inconvenienced. The room needs major upgrades- the top lock had screws loose; the top cover had a large rip and a smaller hole; the mirror had a piece that fell off; the shower head leaves a lot even when trying to fill the tub meaning water was on the floor. Definitely needs some TLC! Positive: close to where I ate dinner, close to where I was headed that evening, and I slept like a rock all night.

Worth the price!
Bathroom floor needed swept and need weather stripping put under door. It had a big gap. We just put a towel down, but over all the room was great beds comfortable. We usually stay here. Price is great for room. They could change up breakfast a little. Hotel needs a little maintenance. We will stay again!

Usually we have a good experience at this property but our last stay was poor. The room had a distinct smell and when it was brought to the staff's attention it was as if we were being picky. Also, the shower was leaking and difficult to use along with the iron which did not work. Overall, we will think before staying there again.
