Mattress was bad, it was like sleeping on a board, very little toilet paper on the roll, we had to go down to the lobby and ask for some, toilet seat was dirty, had to clean it with my disinfectant wipes, parking was unsafe. 5 vehicles were broken into the 2 nights we were there. Had never stayed on that side of SA.

My family and I had a terrible experience at the hotel, our room was horrible the dirty beds, the sheets were not white they were yellow with stains, there was hair on the beds, the bathroom had a terrible smell, I ordered new sheets and they made me change them myself for equally ugly ones ..... I do not recommend at all this hotel I have previously stayed in comfort inn other cities and everything had been fine but in this hotel it was a terrible cleaning experience

It was a weekend stay but the service was really good. All the staff we encountered were very courteous and helpful. We had to problems getting extra towels and other things. There was an issue with the hot tub but they were quick to respond and attend to it. The breakfast was simple but had a variety of items.

There were stains on the bedding as well as hair and dirt on the bed sheets. The staff did bring up a new top sheet for us. The mattress was worn out and you could feel the springs and coils in it. The sofa bed had stains on the cushions and the mattress on it was so thin and sunken in the middle. There were areas of the walls throughout the room and hotel that had the drywall repaired, but wasn’t painted over. The bathroom tiles were loose and the bathtub was chipped and had paint coming off. There were little holes in the doors and walls of the bathroom. The room was a handicap room, however the bathroom did not accommodate a wheelchair. The bathtub was a normal bathtub. There were no forks at breakfast and everyone had to use spoons to eat waffles. There wasn’t a big enough area to eat and people were standing in line for the waffle area which was in front of all the other food. They had toast and bread but nothing for it. They ran out of milk for the cereal. I have never stayed in a hotel as unclean and as terrible as this one.

Pros: Good amenities for a property this size, convenient location, good parking. Cons: front desk often unattended, loud party group late at night outdoors and in the hallways, funny smell in the ice machine room, uneven availability of pool towels, etc. Staff was friendly but place seems understaffed.
