Excellent place to stay. We stayed for one full week and received the best services from the Home 2 Suites. All was very comfortable. The hotel was convenient to the San Antonio Riverwalk and all areas in the downtown area.

Highly recommend. The suite was clean and the bathroom was well stocked and spotless - kudos to the housekeeping staff! Very pleased with the valet staff, they provided excellent customer service - Thank you! Check in/out was quick and pleasant. Will definitely return.

When I checked in I couldn’t find my ID and the receptionist helped me out by advising me to add my husband, also they were willing to see my Work ID to help, after we changed the name to my husband I found my ID and they were very happy. Great service

We enjoyed our stay. Great location. Leo's Hideout has amazing pizza right across the street. Breakfast was good. Rooms were large and comfortable. Equipped with everything you need. We would stay again.

My family and I enjoyed our 4night stay here. The hotel was very clean house keeping was great. They keep our bathroom stocked with clean towels and wash cloths especially since my son and his cousin were here for football. I would like to especially thank the receptionist Anthony for helping my family during check after having a ruff time at the air port he made our checking so smooth and pleasurable so that my family could get the rest we desperately needed. Thank you Anthony We cant wait to visit again!!

This hotel is excellent in almost every way. It was clean and well decorated. The pool looks beautiful and the river view from our room was so peaceful and pretty. The only thing not excellent about our room was that the bathroom barn door refused to stay closed and the toilet lid was not attached. The hotel staff offered to fix the toilet lid for us but we figured it could wait until we checked out. The breakfast looked very good, it would’ve been great to have more gluten free options tho (ie: gluten free cereals, Turkey sausage, other yogurt varieties). It would also be great if a plant based milk was offered for the coffee and cereals.
