I was not informed on parking procedures and that a parking fee was involved i had to drive around and locate a place to park so i could call someone to assist me on where to enter the property witch had all the entries blocked, in my opinon it is very challenging to operate a vehicle around california.

For the price they charged ,they would have included atleast complimentary breakfast but they didn't, the shower curtain inside the washroom was literally blood stained but it was kept like since when I'm not sure,the night supervisor when we arrived at the front desk on 19th was super arrogant ,hospitality industry is supposed to be the more courteous and empathetic, but he was so rude,he didn't have patience even to answer our queries ,they didn't provide basic thing's like toothbrushes we had to walk a mile for getting those. Such small things will disappoint

Top knotch, convenient, luxurious COMFY BED!!

Beautiful grounds, clean and modern, very efficient and friendly staff...loved the hot tub and pool area! And SO many restaurants to choose from in the area, but their restaurant, The Cutting Board, was just beautiful with top knotch food, yumm! The best of all though was the MOST lovely, comfortable bed! ❤
