The first day they us a room by the freeway we couldn’t sleep all night following day we talk to someone in front desk he said wait to 11 to get another room never happened I told him we had to leave he ask for my number never called when we returned they said they tried calling but he said we never answered which was a lie he never called so they we couldn’t get a another room once again we couldn’t sleep all night then the next day I woke up 6:00 am the lights through the hotel was off no breakfast either so we decided to leave around 8:30 and the lights were still off I will not return to this hotel ever again I don’t recommend this to hotel to anyone

Checking in was wasy and staff was friendly. Our room was good for the price although the bathroom had a strange smell. The power went out around 6:45am and did not come bck on prior to check out so unfortunately couldn't get ready due to no lights or plug ins.

It was a good stay EXCEPT the bathroom door squeaked so bad I did tell the front desk they said they were gonna take care of it but never did!!! Also when checking in the bald headed Asian guy was on the rude side!! I told him not to run my card because I was going to do an immediate transfer so I could pay for the deposit and the pet fee he went ahead and charged the pet fee before I could transfer it’s maddening because my bank charges a fee for not having enough money in the account! If he had just waited two minutes it all woulda been fine! Other than that our stay was satisfactory

We came to San Bernardino to see Gladys Knight in concert at the Yaamava casino. We also, enjoyed breakfast the next morning and taking pictures next to the Christmas tree in your hotel. Thanks for a Wonderful stay. Scott was amazing...
