Great location, but the property needs a renovation. Chilped sinks, cracked tiles, some gaps at the base of drywall. 24 " tv and doors are a bit hard to open/close due to swelling.

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to access various attractions and amenities in the area. The cleanliness of the hotel is commendable, and the overall atmosphere is pleasant. However, there were some issues that detracted from the experience. The elevator was out of order, which was inconvenient. Additionally, some parts of the air conditioning system and the covers appeared to be falling apart. While the hotel offers a good location and a clean environment, I feel that the price is a bit high considering these shortcomings.

Unfortunately my AC unit wasn't working properly so my room was quite warm. Planes and vehicles were heard all night. It was quite loud. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Simple Inexpensive basic room
The hotel was satisfactory. The staff was friendly and very efficient. From that perspective it definitely was worth the value. The room was as ok and felt clean. It definitely is a “get what you pay for” experience, so as long as you understand you will be fine with the room.

The location can’t be beat with amazing restaurants and the Little Italy farmer’s market just a few minute walk away. The parking is free and you’re about 15 minute drive to a beach or Balboa Park.

As soon as I enter, there were bugs and cockroaches on the walls, called hotels to get out of there and they were not able to help and refund as well, so this bad review is for both of them.

it was a nice easy stay, the sheets, covers, and pillowcases could be much cleaner. But overall the hotel was nice and the staff were too. Also it was in a perfect area to walk and get food
