Location was great for easy access to SFO. No food service other than breakfast. The restaurants within walking distance did not appeal to me. The entire hotel needs to be updated. Old wallpaper, furniture, carpets, etc. Though it was relatively clean....it still could use a deep clean. It was apparent that some brown liquid (perhaps coffee or soda) was splashed all over the wall in my room....and it was dried on the wall paper.

Room was great. Comfortable bed. Adequate shelf space in room and bathroom. Coffee maker and fridge. Quiet despite proximity to airport. Showerhead was not weak. Staff were friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was full with eggs and meat. Would stay again.

Hallway was very noisy at night, other guests didn’t care that other people were in their rooms and trying to rest or sleep. This was at 11:00 at night. One room even slammed their door at least 15 times in about 10 minutes.

All in all a good relaxing stay. The hotel is a bit dated the first room offered had a dusty or old carpet smell. They changed our room which was better. Breakfast was ok had limited options . One of the toaster wasn’t working. The hotel provides all day tea and coffee and there is a water fountain near the reception. The view is amazing with the runway. I’m a light sleeper but honestly with windows closed you can’t hear a thing. Shuttle service is very limited best get the timetable from reception. We had to wait for over 40 minutes. Pretty sure the previous shuttle left earlier than stated. Staff is ok but not very informative. You can take an early morning walk towards along the bay.

Breakfast was good. Room was very comfortable. Tiles on the bathroom floor were loose outside the shower ans should be fixed. Being September temperature was not very well regulated. It was very hot and humid, especially in the common areas ( able to adust in room). Shuttle was not quite to schedule but very convinent. All in all will book again.

Clean room. Personable staff. Excellent full breakfast with eggs, potatoes, meat on 2/3 mornings we were there. Coffee maker and fridge in room. Close to SFO and hwy 101.

Location is great. Breakfast is good. Free airport shuttle is nice. But the shower knob is too tight to turn on water and the bed setting is terrible, no blanket in 60 degree at night, pillow is so solid and thick looking like a square brick.
