Affordable hotel in good location, no pet fee
We have stayed at this hotel a few times now. They don't have a pet fee, and the parking is more reasonable although it is slightly off site. Clean, quiet and easy to get to and check in. We walk from here to Pier 39 and Chinatown. It is not super close but that's why we come here, to see the city!

My hotel stay experience
Liz, the front desk representative of the hotel was very generous to wave the early check-in fee, so that we may check-in into our room. It was raining outside and we were on a budget, so this helped us a lot. Liz was very kind. The rooms are small but very clean and safe.

I was originally assigned a room with a broken bed and a shower head that could fall on your head with the change of water pressure. Thankfully, the night shift receptionist moved me to a better, more modern and functional bed/shower.

Front desk staff very helpful. Great lobby area with both private nooks and group working tables. Excellent location and easy access by public transportation (bus or BART) or car. My room (the least expensive) is small but equipped with a good desk/chair/lighting and a very comfortable bed.
