My 2nd time here. I really enjoy staying here. It seems really clean from my room to the restaurant and to the gym and lobby. And the staff is always friendly and helpful. Even at the restaurant they greeted me and sat me down so friendly. I haven't experienced this kind of service since i stayed in Ontario, Ca at a new hotel that was on it's 2nd month of opening. So i guess they were so new they had no idea what they were in store for?

First room had no hot water and while waiting for the water to get hit in the tub, the bathtub wasn’t draining at all. Also, a high pitched buzzing came from the window. I thought it was construction from another floor but could never figure it out. Couldn’t stop it ..had earplugs just in case… back to the cold water and 1/3 full bathtub that didnt drain. No one answered the phone when i called to complain so i had to go down there at 9:30 pm after a long day . The desk was helpful, moved us to another room that happened to be next door on same floor. That was much better- hot water, brighter room felt cleaner and no buzzing noise. We noticed the toilet had plumbing problems. . By the time we left it was stopped up. Feels like they are having issues over there with upkeep. The price was better than others in the area and this is why we stayed there. Restaurant was expensive but good. Reception desk was attentive to write down my complaints. Seems like someone on staff needs to walk through the facility to check out what’s working or not working to keep the hotel in functioning condition .

They did not registered my party’s names even when I asked for so they had issues trying to reprogram room keys. On top of that they did not clean our rooms but they knew we need it because they asked during the checkin process. Seems like they just want to do the bear minimum for the guests.
