Very clean property and the staff was super friendly. Parking was across the street at a covered paid lot. It was very safe and only $30 for overnight parking. Walked to the Chase Center. Easy 20 minute walk. Oracle Park is across the street.

Neighborhood very safe. Your neighbors include a number of the world's top high tech companies. Staff very responsive and helpful. Minus one start for an electrical problem in our room. Wouldn't expect this in another.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Being just outside of downtown, it was very quiet, but only ever a short walk or taxi fare into the city. The staff were very accommodating. Extremely comfortable bedding. It's worth travelers knowing that a rather steep deposit is taken on check-in, so be prepared for this. This didn't spoil a great trip, though.
